Exhibitor's Information
Why exhibit?
With some 1,000 expected participants from around the world plus many external visitors and the interested public, the 7th International Science Conference on the Human Dimensions of Global Environmental Change “Social Challenges of Global Change” provides a unique opportunity for publishing houses, scientific institutions, international organizations, governments, as well as NGOs and private sector companies to display and promote recent releases / products and latest developments.
This meeting is the world’s largest international science conference dealing with social aspects of global environmental change. It determines the state-of-the-art of human dimensions research and outlines the new research agenda for the next decade, as far as theoretical frameworks and methodologies are concerned, as well as for the science-practice nexus and policy relevance of social science on global environmental change in general.
Participating in the exhibition at this exciting international conference provides a unique opportunity to increase the visibility of institutions and corporations dealing with global change aspects, such as energy, urbanization, natural resources, human security, climate change, coastal zones, carbon cycles, food security, the global water system, industrial transformation, and land-use issues, as well as topics related to health, earth system governance, and integrated risk management, vulnerability, resilience / adaptation and many others.
Thanks to an impressive list of keynote and high level speakers, this Open Meeting will attract leading social and natural scientists, policy makers and stakeholders from diverse fields and geographical regions. It provides an excellent opportunity to raise awareness for new publications and other products, introduce new textbooks, showcase ‘best sellers’ or create new networks and partnerships.
